Based Mildenhall, Suffolk, Mihill IT is experienced in Website Design, Laptops & Computer Repair, and Broadband Internet and Network Support. Fully committed to our customers we will work with you to try and solve any problem whether large or small.

Mihill IT was established in February 2008 by Ernestine Mihill. She has over 10 years in computer experience and 6 years in website design. Ernestine graduated with honors and holds an Associates Degree in Computers and Information Science, majoring in IT/Networking and Security Management.

Limited spaces available for website design

Offsite Computer Repair
- We collect your computer or laptop from your home or office, diagnose or repair it, and then bring it back to you.
- Collection and return is free of charge
- Diagnostics for repair estimate - £35. If we repair or service your computer, then we subtract the diagnostics charge from your total bill.
- Labour charge - £25 per hour. We will call you with estimated labour charges and cost of any necessary hardware/software after we have done diagnostics on your computer.

In Home/Office Computer Repair
- We work onsite at your home or office.
- What we can do onsite: Fix minor software problems on computers running Windows Operating Systems, install software, set up printers, webcams and other hardware, fix most driver issues, and set up new computer systems.
- What we cannot do onsite: Virus removal, Windows Operating System upgrades, data recovery, corrupt system repair, system tune-ups, and hardware replacement.
- No travel charges
- Labour charge - £35 per hour (Minimum charge 1 hour, then after in 30 minute intervals)

In Home/Office Network Support
- We work onsite at your home or office.
- What we can do: Network security (especially important for wireless networks), set up file, media and printer sharing between computers, and configure your router for servers and other applications that requre incoming ports to be open.
- We work on home and small office networks with computers running Windows Operating Systems.
- No travel charges
- Labour charge - £35 per hour (Minimum charge 1 hour, then after in 30 minute intervals)

Website Design
- Mihill IT can create a web presence for any company worldwide, it is not required to be based in our local area to take advantage of this service.
- We can design professional websites to suit your needs ranging from a simple one page website to multiple pages with integrated forums, shopping carts, and more.

Website Maintenance
- If you don't have a website hosting service we can host your site for you. We offer lots of great features too!
- We can also upgrade your current website or integrate new features.
- We fix any problems and ensure your important data is backed up.

Website Optimization
- If you already have a website and aren't getting the kind of traffic you where expecting we can analyze your current site and optimize it for better results in the top search engines.
- We can also promote your website using good practice marketing techniques to increase your traffic and search engine placment.
